Removal of Sitting President

The current administration is incompetent and dangerous. The Fourteenth Amendment puts the removal of a president for reasons including treason, insurrection, or even lesser offenses including alleging someone has committed a crime.
Problematically that requires a 2/3 majority of states agreeing this is the best option. It's clear Trump has violated state and federal law including charges that were dismissed without prejudice in Arizona, New York and assorted other state charges in election interference and harassment of voters. Letting Congress know there's a problem is voters job. I'm imagining Lindsey Graham of South Carolina getting a call from a constituent that says,"I'm a rape survivor and why are you allowing a rapist to be in the office of president? Have you no common decency sir?" From the McCathy hearings. https://www.senate.gov/about/powers-procedures/investigations/mccarthy-and-army-mccarthy-hearings.html

Allegations were made by Republicans that Biden had done things but he left the international scene in good shape. Inflation was down and his overall performance was excellent. His age was his only downfall. Kamala Harris had excellent credentials and held her own against an aggressive and demeaning man who had no idea who he was standing on stage with. He lost the debate and then continued to lie and harass.

At the same time E.Jean Carroll filed a complaint about a sexual assault that had happened years before. New York allowed her to file a civil case and she prevailed. Other women followed suit and cases are pending. CITE

The US Supreme.Court stated in Case Name that charges could not be filed against a sitting president.  https://www.supremecourt.gov/opinions/23pdf/23-939_e2pg.pdf
While the reasoning is odd the case has thus far been unchallenged.

Paralyzing  law suits which is a direct inference with Article 3 is something no American president has done and likely will never do again. Is this singular in American history, I argue yes. Is it dangerous it is. Because the executive branch has its own attorneys and should be holding him accountable. However as has been shown with Pam Bondi she is blind in her devotion to a felon. What does that say about our criminal justice system.

Trump is trying diligently to consolidate the three branches of government and lying about his actions thereby distracting people from Russian involvement in American politics, economics and society.

Eastern Europe is a strong interest of mine because I lived in Germany with a Polish host family before the Berlin Wall fell. My host parents were terrified of what they had seen the Russians do in Poland. That memory stays with me and tells me that a man as evil as Putin has no business in Ukraine, or in the White House.

Hundreds of authors are arguing this point but don't or choose not to access right wing talk or written channels. Preaching to the choir has its benefits but educating people about the constitution which could be as easy as posting Schoolhouse Rock across social media and in other public locations.Using Truth Social is not appetizing to both side of this fight, and Facebook is likely to ban or block legal posts criticizing the regime.

Getting 2/3 of a majority of states, 30 states may be a  tough appeal to but with the trashing of President and Ukraine in favor of Russia is treason, which is punishable under the 14th Amendment. No American can ignore the obvious via Trump's disparaging of Zelensky and his close ties to Putin.
