The EPA and the 47th President

Executive branch agencies help the federal government reach the American people. The current administration seems not to understand how this works. In fact, they've fired administrators, watchdogs and other agency leaders that are protected by the constitution, the Administrative Procedures Act and internal agency rules that have stood the rest of time and have been brought before Article 3 judges, and other forms of review.

The Environmental Protection Agency is a constant target. But it's main job is to protect American rivers, forests, deserts and tundra from over zealous building, mining and other expensive and unregulated overuse of natural resources.

In this era of overreach and overuse, it's time to appreciate how fragile the planet is and how little wiggle room we as people have abused an endangered the very place we live. 

The Environmental Protection Agency via rule making, rule and legal interpretation are critical for protecting the remnants of Planet Earth. 

Rivers deserve excellent protection, mountains deserve to be house free and free of motorized vehicles. Deserts deserve adequate water and freedom from motorizes vehicles

People need to be able to get outside and be with trees, birds and flowers that are simply native to an area. This 47th traitor has never spent time hiking or sitting in nature unless on a golf course. While fine it misses the point. It misses the amazing feeling of seeing a deer, goose or eagle close up. It's that feeling that inspires people to work for the federal government at realitcely low pay, ( which hasn't been addressed by the current administration at all, fix the problem pay people more).  

Answering questions about what this administration is doing is nearly impossible. But the environment is worth far more than this administration can imagine. It's time for environmentalists, people who enjoy being outside, hunters and backpackers, golfers and tennis players, and everyone else who is concerned about droughts, wildfires, over wam winters, overly cold winters, and everything else. The science is peer reviewed and tested. Ita plainly solid. Making fun of it because it doesn't make money at the billion dollar level is simply stupid. That may offend some. The question is then why are you offended. 

The unifying force is the environment.You can bring your gun and share some Pepsi or Coke or beer. Bring a book and find a bench or sit and read. Walk or bike, enjoy being outside in the sun or the rain. 

Just say, "hell no." No Russian appointed president can harm our national treasure.  No drillin, no mining of any minerals or other nAtional treasures.
