The constitution and Presidential Ineptitude
The January 6th insurrection, riot or revolt was full sanctioned by then President Trump. People died and were murdered in the riot that ensued. Yes the participants had a choice and they exercised the same choice. That is irrelevant. It fact it violates the entire constitution. Starting at Article 2 section 3 which prohibits absolutely any traitorous or high crime ( felony ) or misdemeanor act by any member of the US government.or they shouldn't be in government at all. The terms high crimes and misdemeanors influence companies like the federal government and private companies like Walmart in their hiring practices. As a long time public defender and prosecutor, these are daily terms that affect Joe.Average American. They should apply to the President of the Republic as well and do.
